Port Blair, Sept 22: The Advertisement standard Council of India (ASCI), New Delhi has totally banned some items for advertisement in Newspaper and TV Channels.
The Drug Controller (ASU &H) & Director of Health Services, Dr. Shipra Paul has informed all owners of Newspapers and TV Channels that anyone found violating advertising code of Advertisement standard Council of India (ASCI), New Delhi will be punished as per the provision of Drugs & Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisement) ACT, 1954.
