Port Blair, Aug 04: An earthquake of magnitude 4.5 on Tuesday struck Andaman and Nicobar Islands early this morning.
The epicentre of the earthquake is reported to be Lat. 11.8°N Long. 92.4°E. Earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale has hit Andaman region at 2.17am.
The depth of the earthquake was measured as 28km. There were no immediate reports of damages or casualties.
