Port Blair, Apr 24: In the matter of complaint against Gram Pradhan, Sundergarh, Bartang and in the matter of disqualification of Gram Pradhan, Sundergarth, Baratang raised by Shri Alagarswamy, Block President of Baratang, Shri Krishna Mohan Uppu (IAS), Deputy Commissioner, North and Middle Andaman, after going through the allegations leveled against Shri Biju Gurudasan, the inquiry report of the Supdt of Police, Anti Corruption, accepted by Chief Vigilance officer AN Administration and also the reply of the respondent Shri Gurudashan and also after examining the facts and circumstances of the case as well as hearing the complainant and respondent in accordance with the principles of natural justice, has held Shri Biju Gurudasan, Pradhan, Sundergarh liable to be disqualified from the post of Pradhan vide order No: F 6-45/DC(N&MA)/2014/1331 (in the court of DC N&M Andaman District, Mayabunder) dt 10th April, 2015, subject to the opinion of the Election Commission, a release from Gandhi Bhavan said here.
