Port Blair, Mar 27: Earth Hour will also be observed in the islands on 28th March, 2015. As part of the campaign, the Electricity department has requested the general public/consumers of electricity to switch off all their non-essential lights for one hour from 08:30 to 09:30 PM on the day to show their support for action on climate change.
