Port Blair, Mar 23: The A & N State Coop. Bank has inaugurated its 39th Branch at Long Island at 11.00 am on 20th March, 2015. Shri. Bhagat Singh, Chairman of the bank inaugurated the branch in presence of Shri. B Kamaraj, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Long Island, Bank officials and a large gathering of local people of the area.
Shri. Ravinder Rao, Managing Director of the Bank welcomed the Chief Guest, other dignitaries and guest present in the programme. He has highlighted the various benefits of the bank to the general public including RUPAY Debit cards, RTGS/NEFT facility and urged all the local residents to come forward and avail banking services with Junglighat branch.
Shri. Bhagat Singh inaugurated the 39th branch premises of Long Island branch by cutting ribbon followed by unveiling of the plaque board. He also urged the people to come forward and avail banking services with the bank. The programme ended with vote of thanks proposed by Shri. T Subramaniam, General Manager (Dev) of the bank.
Similarly on the A & N State Coop. Bank inaugurated its 35th Branch at Nimbutala at 10.30 am on 18th March, 2015; 36th Branch at Betapur at 03.30 pm on 18th March, 2015, 37th Branch at Karmatang (Mahatma Gandhi Govt. College) at 10.30 am on 19th March, 2015 and 38th Branch at Kishorinagar at 03.30 pm on 19th March, 2015.
