Port Blair, Mar 16: Yuvasakthi, the NGO working for the empowerment of Women and unemployed youths of the islands is continuously conducting Vocational Training Programme (VTP) on Travel & Tourism Management under SDI Scheme of the Govt. of India. Yuvasakthi, the registered VTP conducted special session of the VTP students jointly at its Conference Hall, in which Shri Ravinder Rao, Managing Director of A&N State Cooperative Bank, Port Blair participated as the Chief Guest, who narrated the various Schemes offered by the Govt. of India including the PMRY and the Schemes undertaken by the Yuvasakthi and Cooperative Bank on the Travel & Tourism Sector.
He motivated the participants to come forward to avail the self employment opportunity under the PMRY and also for entrepreneurial development in view of the vast potential in the Tourism Sector. In his lecture on the topic Art of Living he also shown the ways and means to live and lead stress free life.
