Billyground, Feb 10: Today, the 10th February, 2015 a health Awareness Program was conducted by the PHC, Billyground at Billyground Vegetable Market at 4.00PM. The main objectives of the awareness program was to create awareness among the public ,especially among the Youths about the cancers.
Shri. K.Yhiyag Rajan,Health Educator, PHC, Billyground very specifically explained about the various nature of Carcinoma as Oral Cancer, Lung Cancer,Breast Cancer, Uterus cancer and etc. He also explained that the tobacco chewing and smoking is largely responsible for cancers. He urged the public specially the youths of the locality to keep away from chewing tobacco and cigarette smoking. Beside Mr. Tiyagrajan other staffs were also explained on the topic. A large no of villagers and youths were attentively respond the awareness camp.
On the Occasion Shri Hiranmoy Roy was the Chief guest and he expressed his happines for arranging such important awareness Camp by PHC, Billyground. He further expressed his gratefulness to Mr. Tiyagrajan for his elaborate discussion on Cancer and it precaution measure.
Public of the area also expressed their happiness for imparting them such extensive knowledge about the causes and remedies of cancer.
