Port Blair, Dec 16: In view of the hectic tourist season, the Directorate of Tourism has further strengthened the tourist information and facilitation services. The Tourist Information Center (TIC) cum Tourist Help Desk has started functioning from 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM on all days irrespective of Sundays/holidays in the Directorate of IP&T. Tourists can get tourist information through the Tourist Help Desk.
Boat tickets for Havelock, Jolly Bouy, Ross Island, North Bay & Forest Permit for Jolly Bouy/Redskin, tickets for Sound & Light show at Ross Island, etc being provided through the Tourist Information Center. Contact No. of TIC is 03192-232694. Tourist can also get information by email addressed to accommodation6@ gmail.com. All tourism services providers and tourists are requested to avail this facility.
