Port Blair, Nov 24: Smti Rupa Ray, wife of Shri. Bishnu Pada Ray, Member of Parliament, A & N Islands accompanied with Shri C Raj (District Manager, Lead Bank of SBI, Port Blair), Smti Shila Singh (Councilor, Ward No. 15), Smti Anita Puria (Senior BJP leader, and Ex- State Vice-President, Mahila Morcha) and Smti Sunita Sharma (Social Activist) have visited A & N College, Haddo, Port Blair, Govt. Rabindra Bangla Vidyalya (RBV), Port Blair and Govt. Kendra Vidyalya – 1 (KV-1), Port Blair on 24.11.2014 for awareness of “Jan Dhan Yojana” Scheme and its benefits, to the Students, as launched by the Prime Minister of India.
Smti Ray, wife of MP also interacted with the Principals, Teachers/ Staffs and Students of all these Schools, who in turn expressed their happiness on the visit of their respective Schools, for interaction and redressing their grievances.
