Diglipur, Aug 22: Dr. A.K.Saxena, Joint Secretary (Delhi & ANLD), Ministry of Home Affairs visited N & M Andaman District from 21st to 23rd August,2014.
On his arrival at Diglipur he was welcomed by the Pradhan Subhash Gram and PRI members of Subhashgram Gram Panchayat in traditional way.
On his arrival at Diglipur inspected Kalpong Hydro Electric Project, then visited Sagardweep and inspected ongoing work of Jetty and MGNREGA works at Ross & Smith Islands.
Later in the evening he visited Khudirampur village and inspected ongoing works of MGNREGA, Water Treatment plant of NRDW, Bridge and IAY house. After that he visited Madhupur village and inspected ongoing works of MGNREGA and construction work of road.
