Port Blair, Mar 29: In a press note the Executive Engineer (SA) of the Electricity department has advised consumers of South Andaman Division having any grievance/complaint pertaining to electricity to approach the South Andaman Division office first before placing their grievance/complaint to any other authorities for remedy/solution.
