Port Blair, Mar 28: Dhanush Kodi, a student of Class IV of Government Primary School Mazaar Pahar died because of electrocution yesterday evening. According to report the boy came with the contact of a live electric pole, in which there was leakage of power.
The boy was electrocuted and died on the spot. Residents of the area told Andaman Sheekha that in past they have lodged complained several time about problems with electric lines in the area and as their complaints were not entertained, this accident occurred. This is yet another example where innocent public died due to negligence of authority.
