Port Blair, June 04: The reservation of fancy registration marks of choice on motor vehicles on fee basis in Andaman and Nicobar Islands has been notified after obtaining the approval of the Lieutenant Governor.
It is for the information of the general public that the same has been implemented w.e.f May 1, 2014. Those vehicle owners who intend to have registration mark of their choice can avail this facility by submitting application in the prescribed form along with the requisite fee on all working days at the specified counter. The vacant registration marks for reservation in the current series has been displayed on the notice board as well as at the specified counter of the Directorate of Transport, a communication from the Registering Authority, A&N Administration said here today.
