Port Blair June 04: On the written complaint of Mr. Subal Biswas S/o Late Sukhdev Biswas R/o Paschimsagar, Diglipur, North Andaman a case vide Crime NO. 51/2014 dated 03/06/2014 U/s 406/20 IPC has been registered at PS Diglipur against the Director of Ramel Real Estate and Infrastructure Ltd. and five others .
Mr. Subal Biswas bought two schemes /policies worth Rs. 5 Lakhs and Rs. 2 lakhs in December, 2012 from aforesaid company, purchased through one agent of the company. Both these schemes were supposed to provide monthly return to the complaint Mr. Subal Biswas.
However, complainant did not get any return from these policies after August, 2013. Complainant approached the agent of the company several times for returns from policies, but with no avail.
People affected or allured/inducted by the aforesaid Ramel Real Estate and Infrastructure Ltd. and its agents to buy polices/schemes of the company are requested not to indulge in any further financial dealings with the company and lodge complaint at Police Station Diglipur, so that accused persons are brought to the book and legal actions are taken against them.
