Port Blair, May 30: The Indian Meteorological Department today issued High Wind Wave Warning for Islanders.
“Wind Wave 3.0-3.7 Mtr forecasted during 1130hrs on 30th May to 2330hrs of 1st June along west coast of Andaman between 10 deg. Channel to Coco channel and 3- 4mtrs along west coast of Nicobar between 10 deg. Channel to Great channel. Fishermen are advised not to venture into the sea,” the release added.
