On the auspicious occasion of Holi, the festival of colours, symbolising triumph of good over evil, I extend my warm and cordial greetings to the people of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Holi is a festival for rejoicing and the most colourful event in the cultural fabric of our country, bringing people from different strata of the society together to celebrate as one family.
