Port Blair, Mar 16: The first round of training for Presiding Officers and first polling officers proposed to be appointed for conduct of General-2014 will be imparted in two phases. Accordingly, the training for the Presiding Officers and first polling officers (sector No.1-15) of Port Blair Tehsil will be held in first phase at 10 AM onwards at Dr. BR Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Dollygunj on March 18 while in second phase the training for the Presiding Officers and first polling officers (sector No.1-7) of Ferrargunj Tehsil will be held at 10 AM onwards at the same venue on March 19. All the Presiding Officers and First Polling Officers have been asked to attend the training tehsil-wise as per the date and time without fail.
