Port Blair, Feb 21: The final match of the ‘State Open ARPAN Rolling Cup Volley Ball Championship – 2014’ shall be played on Feb 22, 2014 at 6 pm in the Forest Ground Tushnabad. The finalist for the championship are A&N Police & 22 Punjab Regiment.
The Secretary, SAC/IP&T, Shri Rakesh Bali will be the chief guest on the occasion. Mr. Lucas Robert, Director (Sports) and Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, President ANTCC shall be the guests of honour. Dr. S Dinesh Kannan, DFO South Andaman will be the special invitee for the occasion.
A&N Police entered the final beating YFC Haddo. In a nail biting match played yesterday, A&N Police beat YFC Haddo in the fifth set of the match. Shri Saiman of YFC Haddo was adjudged man of the match.
The tournament is being organized by ARPAN in association with Youth Club Ograbraj and MAK Azad Youth Club Tushnabad.
