Port Blair, Oct 20: The Inaugural match of 7th State Level Football Championship League was played yesterday which marked the beginning of the Championship. Mr. K Ganeshan, the Chairperson of Port Blair Municipal Council (PBMC) was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
Mr. Lucas Robert, Director of SYA, Mr. M R Bhakta, President of A & N Football Association and Mr. Vidya Krishna General Secretary of A & N Football Association were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. K Ganeshan expressed happiness over organizing such event and urged youths to take up sports to keep themselves fit and active.
