Port Blair, Oct 15: It is brought to the notice of all concerned that an advertisement was published in “The Daily Telegrams” on 31/03/2013, inviting applications by the Ministry of Minority Affairs for Post-Matric Scholarship for the year 2013-14 from the students belonging to Minority Communities notified by the Central Government, who are pursuing studies from class Xith to Ph.D (XI, XII, Technical/Vocational, Under Graduate, Post Graduate, M.Phil & Ph.D) studying in Government/recognized Private Schools/ Colleges/Institutes including technical/vocational course in ITI/ITC.
The last date for submission of online applications for fresh scholarship was 30/09/2013 and submission of duly signed printed version of the online application by students to the Directorate of Social Welfare, Goalghar, Port Blair is 20/10/2013. The last date for submission of online applications for renewal of scholarship by students is 10/12/2013, submission of duly signed printed version of online application by students to the Directorate of Social Welfare, Goalghar, Port Blair is 20/12/2013.
Applicants are advised to submit the print-out copy of the application forms filled through OSMS to the Directorate of Social Welfare, Port Blair latest by 20/10/2013 positively.
Non-receipt of the hard copy in the Directorate of Social Welfare, the application is also liable to be rejected.
