Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 6:The Additional Director of Doordarshan Kendra, Ms. Sanam, along with senior officers, today paid a courtesy call on the Lt. Governor, Dr. Dinesh Sharma. During the meeting, she apprised the Lt. Governor of the challenges and issues being faced in improving the quality of production at Doordarshan Kendra.
In this series, Dr. R. Devadas, Secretary, BJP State Office, and Mr. V. K. Abdul Aziz, State President of Andaman-Nicobar Janata Party and Zilla Parishad Member, also paid courtesy calls on the Lt. Governor and discussed various issues concerning the region and presented their suggestions.
Similarly, a delegation led by Mr. S. Biju Pillai, General Secretary of the Andaman Nicobar Rajya Karmachari Mahasangh, also paid a courtesy call on the Lt. Governor and discussed issues concerning the organisation, a press release from Lok Niwas said.
