Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug 30: Mr. TSG Bhasker, Chairman, Campaign Committee–ANTCC, took part in a Chatai meeting organised at R.K. Gram Panchayat under the leadership of Mrs. Chaya Rani Mondal, Ex- Pradhan, R.K. Gram. The meeting witnessed an overwhelming response from the villagers.
During the interaction, Mr. TSG Bhasker highlighted the shortcomings of the BJP-led governance in the Panchayat and discussed with the villagers to raise these issues through Gram Sabhas.
He also emphasised the need to activate units and booths.
The meeting also discussed the rising prices of essential commodities, including sugar, cooking oil and other household necessities, which are placing an increasing burden on ordinary families.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Sunil Paramanick, Ex- Block President; Mr. Pradeep Das, Zilla Parishad Member; Mr. Niranjan Mistry, Senior Congress Leader; Mr. Anil Das, Senior Congress Leader; Mr. Prakash Mondal, Pradhan, Uttara Panchayat; and Mr. Ameer Bax, former Vice Chairman, Minority Department.
