Sri Vijaya Puram, Apr 26: The “Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi” (PM-KISAN) a Central Sector Scheme was launched by GoI during the financial year of 2018-19 which is 100% funded by Govt. of India in view to augment the income of farmer. Under the Scheme, eligible farmer families receive financial benefits of Rs. 6000/- per year payable in 3 equal installments of Rs. 2000/- each.
The GoI has till now released 22nd installments and the next installment will be released for the period April to July. The registered beneficiaries under PM-KISAN Scheme should mandatory complete the following –
• Entry of Land details in PM-KISAN portal
• Seeding of Bank account with Aadhaar no.
• Completing the Biometric e-KYC
In this regard, the Department of Agriculture shall be conducting saturation drives up to 30.4.2026 in each Panchayat to ensure completion of these requirements by the beneficiaries.
It is therefore requested, that all eligible PM-KISAN beneficiaries who have not yet completed their land seeding, Biometric e-KYC and Bank Account seeding with Aadhaar is requested to complete the process before the 30th April, 2026.

The farmers have been advised to use only the official website of PM-KISAN portal & PM-KISAN app and not to download any other app for e-KYC authentication.
