Sri Vijaya Puram, Apr 20: The NCC Army Unit, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, is pleased to announce the successful conduct of the NCC ‘B’ Certificate Examination for the academic year 2025- 26 at JNRM College, Port Blair. The examination was held on 19th April 2026. The entire examination process was efficiently conducted under the leadership of the Commanding Officer, Col K. Y. Singh and commanding officer Maj V Saranya, 1TN Girls Bn NCC, who closely monitored and supervised all arrangements to ensure smooth and fair proceedings. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from NCC cadets, reflecting their dedication, discipline, and commitment to the organization.
Further adding to this achievement, it is a matter of great pride for the Army NCC, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, that one of the cadets named SUO Anuj Samaddar from this unit has been selected for the prestigious 172 Madras Territorial Army Battalion. This accomplishment highlights the high standards of training and the bright future of NCC cadets from the region.
