Sri Vijaya Puram, Apr 05: The 39th Convocation of the Indira Gandhi National Open University will be conducted at IGNOU Headquarters and simultaneously at Regional Centre- Port Blair on Tuesday, 7th April, 2026 at 11:00 AM. At the headquarter, Mr. C. P. Radhakrishnan, Hon’ble Vice President of India will be the chief guest and deliver the Convocation address. At Andaman & Nicobar Islands, the convocation will be organised at Multipurpose Hall, IGNOU Regional Centre- Port Blair, Sri Vijaya Puram and this occasion will be graced by Dr. S.
