On the occasion of Foundation Day of Rajasthan, 30th March 2026, I extend my warmest greetings to the people of this magnificent state.
Rajasthan reflects the timeless soul of India, a land where history lives and breathes in every grain of sand, every intricately carved stone and every vibrant tradition. From the vast expanse of the Thar Desert to the resplendent palaces of Jaipur, the state unfolds an inspiring saga of courage, resilience and a rich, enduring cultural heritage.
In the course of its remarkable journey, Rajasthan has evolved from a mosaic of princely states into a unified and progressive entity, gracefully preserving its rich heritage while steadily advancing towards modernity. The unwavering commitment to advancement, education and cultural preservation forms the cornerstone of the State’s enduring legacy. The true strength of Rajasthan lies in its people, the hardworking farmers, skilled artisans, dynamic youth and every citizen who stands united in the spirit of ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’, contributing to the vision of a ‘Viksit Bharat’.
On this special occasion, I wish happiness, prosperity and continued progress to the people of Rajasthan residing in these islands and to all those who carry the legacy of this great state in their hearts.
