Sri Vijaya Puram, Mar 27: Rukmani Motors Group marked a milestone with the first delivery of the newly launched Evitara in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands at Sri Vijaya Puram today. The vehicle was handed over to customer M. Vignesh, making him the first owner of the electric SUV in the islands. The delivery ceremony was attended by company representatives and well-wishers, highlighting the growing interest in eco-friendly mobility in the region.
The Evitara is a modern electric SUV featuring advanced technology, a spacious interior and a driving range of up to around 440–543 km on a single charge, depending on the variant. Equipped with battery options up to 61 kWh, fast charging capability, and premium features like digital displays and safety systems, it marks a significant step toward sustainable transportation.
