Sri Vijaya Puram, Nov 16: To Check cleanliness and sanitation under swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, Naresh Chander Lal Padmashri Awardee and Ambassador Swachh Bharat Mission A & N Islands, Visited the Nirmala Senior Secondary School Sri Vijaya Puram and interacted with the students and teachers to maintain cleanliness at their school premises as well as to their respective societies.
Lal urged the students to keep them fit and participate in school sports and games and not to take any other substances which harms to their body and mind.
He also adviced every student to take part in school cultural programmes and use their mobile phones to make a short film on islands historic heritage and culture.
Manager of the School Fr. Fransis Xabier and Principal of the school Mrs. G.Leela accompanied SBM Ambassador during the visit.
By this visit of SBM Ambassador he has completed 9 successful years while working as SBM Ambassador A & N Islands. He was appointed as SBM Ambassador of A & N Islands on 15th Nov 2016.
