Sri Vijaya Puram, Sep 24: On 23/09/2025 Primary Health Centre, Billiground has organized Swasthya Naari Sashakt Parivaar Abhiyaan at Community Hall Shivapuram in coordination with Gram Panchayat Shivapuram.
The Chief Guest of the programme was Mr. Venkateswar Rao, Pradhan Gram Panchayat Shivapuram and other guests of the programme were Mr. Mohammed Haneef, Panchayat Secretary, Mrs. D Adhilaxmi, Up-Pradhan GP Shivapuram and Mr. Noni Gopal Das, Teacher In-Charge GMS Padmanabhapuram further the chief guests and other guests were welcomed with Boquetes.
The programme was started with traditional lamp-lighting ceremony along with the celebration of 10th National Ayurveda Day and commenced with a prayer to Lord Dhanvantari.
On this occassion a welcome song was presented by the Asha and a Nukkad Natak by ANMs & Anganwadi workers, further a welcome dance was presented by the school students of GMS Padmanabhapuram.
Then the Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Shivapuram welcomed all and appreciated the efforts of PHC Billiground and all other who are directly or indirectly involved in organizing the programme in a grand manner.
Dr. Keshavan addressed the gathering and requested all to avail the all the door step facilities provided by the Health Department in the form of Swasthya Naari Sashakt Parivaar Abhiyaan.
Further Dr. Triveni Manju described about the importance of Ayurveda and Women’s Health further performed a Yoga Secession focusing on the health benefits.
The programme was showcased with the display of Poshan Corner, showcasing local vegetables, medicinal plants, and healthy foods and separate counters for Medical consultation and services provided by the doctors.
A total of 234 participants benefited from the program, including 156 women and 78 men.
The programme was concluded with the vote of thanks and overall coordination by Mrs. Satabdi Bepari, CHO, Betapur.
