Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug. 20: As part of the Independence Day 2025 celebrations, the State Library, Sri Vijaya Puram, successfully organized an Essay and Elocution Competition in both English and Hindi languages for students in the Senior Group. The event was held on 16th August, 2025 and concluded with a grand prize distribution ceremony in the Conference Hall of the State Library.
The ceremony was graced by Smti Archana Singh, Deputy Director of Education (Plg)/Nodal Officer of the State Library, Sri Vijaya Puram, who attended the event as the chief guest. She felicitated the winners of the competitions and delivered an inspiring address to the audience.
The event served not only as a platform for students to express their views on topics of national importance but also as a reminder of the enduring relevance of India’s freedom struggle. The ceremony concluded with a formal vote of thanks, bringing the inspiring event to a close.
