Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug 14: Mera Yuva Bharat Rangat in collaboration with Sporting club Kadamtala was organized Celebration of 5th Anniversay of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan (NMBA) on 13.08.2025 at Kadamtala Gram Panchayat. The main aim of Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan is to make India free from drug abuse as well as to raise awareness about the ill effects of drug abuse, promote compassionate treatment of drug dependent people, and provide community-based services to reduce drug demand.
Mrs. Nilawati Parh, Pradhan of Kadamtala Gram Panchayat was the chief guest on this occasion. While Mr. P.R.Shain Nair, SHO of Kadmata and Mr. Krishnando Gharami & Hemanish Ghose were the resource person of this Programme.
In the beginning of the Programme Mr. Sunith Kishore Kujur, APA Mera Yuva Bharat Rangat welcome the chief guest, resource person & Participants and brief about the Programme.
Mr. Krishnando Gharami, Medical Staff talked about the bad effect of drug abuse, while Mr. P.R.Shain Nair, SHO of Kadmata brief about type of drugs through picture and appeal to the youth and community to help the police to prevent the drug abuses.
In the end of the programme Mr. Mirtunjai, President of Sporting club Kadamtala given the vote of thanks to the chief guest, resource person and participants.
