Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug 11: As part of celebration of 79th Independence Day 2025, Gram Panchayat Shivapuram has organized a “Tiranga Yatra” at Panchawati from Jawahar Navodhiya Vidhiyalaya to Agriculture Farm Panchawati in coordination with PM SHRI JNV School on 10/08/2025.
During the Tiranga Yatra more than 500 students, PRI members, general public, office staffs and teachers of JNV school actively participated. The highlight of the yatra was a 75 feet long tri-color Indian National Flag.
The Tiranga Yatra was organized under the supervision of Mr. Venkateswar Rao, Pradhan Gram Panchayat Shivapuram and the yatra was graced with the presence of Mr. R Madhavan, Up-Adhiyaksh, N & M Andaman, Mrs. Sita Majhi, Pramukh, Rangat Block, Mr. Sujit Mistry, Pradhan Gram Panchayat Nimbutala, Mrs. Laxmi Devi, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Rangat, Mrs. Milli Roy, Pradhan, Gram Panchayat, Urmilapur, Mr. Ashok, Ward Member GP Shivapuram, Mr. Ajay Kumar, Ward Member, GP Shivapuram, Mr. Bhoominathan, Social Workers, Mr.K Rajkumar, Social Worker etc.
The Tiranga Yatra was a grand success, and it was only possible because of the coordination and full support from Mrs. Baby Sarah, Principal, Jawahar Navodhiya Vidhiyalaya, Panchawati.
