Port Blir, Apr 08: Followign the directions of Lt. Governor the Department of CS and CA today issued a press note for public informing that the LPG cylinders shall be issued to the beneficiaries on booking for refill of cylinder over phone to their respective distributor i.e. M/S CCS Ltd or Priya Indane as the case may be.
The LPG consumers of M/s CCS Ltd. can book for their LPG cylinders at the telephone number 232357 and 239016 and the LPG consumers of Priya Indane can book the LPG at telephone numbers 232897 and 9679578100 on all working days from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and from 2.00 to 4.00 p.m. except on Saturdays, Sundays and other Public Holidays. Consumer of both distributors can also book their LPG through website (www.indane.co.in).
On booking the LPG over telephone, the distributor will inform LPG booking number at the same time and the consumers are required to note down this number in their Domestic Gas Customer Card (LPG Blue Book). The consumers are also requested to book for the LPG refill one day before the LPG schedule delivery notified by this office. On the day of distribution, the consumer has to produce the Domestic Gas Consumer Card (LPG Blue Book) to the delivery staff and they will verify the LPG booking number noted by you in the Domestic Gas Customer Card (LPG Blue Book) and release the LPG cylinder. In case, any consumer could not collect the LPG after booking, on the day of delivery such consumer can collect the cylinder from the LPG godown situated at Brookshabad for CCS consumers and Manpur for the consumers of the Priya Indane.
All LPG consumers are advised not to tamper with their “KYC DONE” stamped DGCC book provided to them and if it is found that the LPG Blue Book is tampered, such LPG booking shall be cancelled.
The general public can also approach the distributor’s booking counters for refilling the LPG cylinders. This arrangement shall come with effect from 10th April, 2014.
