Port Blair, Mar 14: Presence of Super Natural Power in a house, located at Haddo has become talk of the town. According to public, from past one week Haddo is witnessing strange incidents, where some kinds of source less voices and sounds were reported to be coming out from the house of a Municipal Worker, who lives near the Tirupathi Temple in Haddo.
The residents living near the house of the Municipal worker heard the voice coming from there since Friday evening.
According to the sources initially the voice was like of a child crying to get out of the house. The residents heard the voice and also got in the particular house to check the source of the voice but as they opened the door of the house the voice stopped and they couldn’t locate the actual source of the voice.
The next day the residents heard the voice at around 7:30 PM and it continued till 2:30 AM and this time the voice was like that of banging a wall with a hammer. The residents again got into the home to check for the source but couldn’t find it. More and more people started gartering around the house to hear the voice and this made the local residents frustrated because they were not able to sleep properly.
“I don’t believe in Ghost Stories but I am here to see what is actually happening. Honestly I didn’t hear anything. I am just enjoying the crowd,” said a spectator, who was standing near the house with dozens of others on Monday night.
The local residents informed PS Catham about the incident and the policemen also came to inspect the house but they couldn’t find anything after which two constables were deputed there for the night as a precautionary measure.
Later the house owners along with the local residents took the superstitious way and called a well known Maulvi, who according to the sources performed certain service and surprisingly after that, according to public, the voice was not heard again.
Though some people feel that these were ghostly activities but most of the people have rubbished the story. But anyway the story has kept, otherwise dull Port Blair city, very busy with Ghostly Stories. Several version of this stories are now doing round in city.
