Port Blair, Aug 19: Like previous years, this year also the former Member of Parliament of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Shri. Kuldeep Rai Sharma spent the joyous day of Rakshabandhan with the children of Pranab Kanya Sangha, Port Blair today.
