Port Blair, Aug 10: Participation of Police under Nicobar District in Observation of Azadi Ka Amrit Mohotsav’ with the theme Meri Maati Mera Desn in connection with upcoming Independence day.
Today on 10/08/23 a Mitti Yatra ( Road March) was organized by the Police staff of Nicobar District under their respective jurisdictions i.e. Car Nicobar, Nancowrie, Katchal, Teressa and Campbell Bay. During the programme the road march was organized and slogans were raised related to POCSO, Traffic rules, Cyber Crime Drug Abuse. Later the programme was concluded by lighting up Diyas’ and taking selfies at selfie points by SP (D) Nicobar, SDPO C/N, SDPO C/Bay and all other Police officers and staff.
