Port Blair, Apr 28: At a simple function held on 28/04/2023 in the Conference Hall of Port Blair Municipal Council. Mrs. S Selvi Chairperson, PBMC handed over all the retirement benefits including GPF, gratuity and other monetary benefits to the retiring employees. In her address, the Chairperson, recalled the valuable services rendered by them to the Council and wished them a happy and healthy post retired life. Mementoes were presented by the Sr. Vice Chairperson & Jr. Vice Chairperson, PBMC to the employees. Senior officials/officers were also present on the occasion. The Names of the employees who retired are viz. Mr. S Raju, Lineman (Water Section) Mr. J Vasu Dev Rao, Lineman (Elect. Section) Mr. K Babu Rao, Head Worker (Store Section), Mr. R Madhav Rao, Carpenter (Works Section), Mr. J Adinarayan, WCM (Elect. Section), Mrs. Sushma, Sanitary Supervisor (Sanitary Section) and Mr. A Rajendran, Sanitary Mazdoor attached to the Mechanical Section of the Council.
