Sounding aggressive, Mr. Bairagi gave an ultimatum of 15-20 days to the District Administration, N & M Andaman that, if the administration doesn’t start functioning in the interests of the people of this district, grievances aren’t properly addressed and redressed, he would mount a mass agitation, bandh etc. across the N & M Andaman District right from Baratang to Diglipur, the report further said.
