Port Blair, Dec 19: Islanders shine in the United Muaythai Association of India, Federation cup2022 held at Agartala from 15 to 17 December. Mr Deepak Krishna and Mr. Aman Kumar Sharma have secured silver medals in -71 kg and +91 kg respectively in Muaythai bouts. They both have represented Andaman & Nicobar Islands and both of them have been trained at the champion’s zone Muaythai and MMA club under Coach Mr. N JagadekaVarma.
They were supported and partly sponsored by Mr. Mandeep Grewal, president of Guru Ki Rasoi, Port Blair. Muaythai athletes and Coach conveyed that they are happy with support shown by Mr. Mandeep Grewal, president of Port Blair Guru ki Rasoi. Also Mr. Venkat, from Andaman SheekhaDaily for supporting and encouraging the team throughout.
