Port Blair, Oct 04: Four COVID positive cases have been detected today in A&N Islands, of which, 3 incoming flight passengers who arrived here yesterday tested positive.Today, 14 flights with 2310 passengers arrived, out of which, 2014 passengers were vaccinated with both doses while RT-PCR test was conducted on 247 passengers and the reports are awaited.
During RAT conducted on 81 passengers bound for North & Middle Andaman at Ferrargunj, no positive case has been detected. At Phoenix Bay Jetty, 47 passengers were tested with RAT, no positive case has been detected. RAT was conducted on 20 passengers at Mohanpura Bus Terminus, nopositive case has been detected.
