Port Blair, Sep 19: Govt. Vocational Training Institute, Bakultala, Middle Andaman organized a Skill Convocation Ceremony on 17th September 2022.
Mr. Aditya Kumar Asthana, DANICS, Assistant Commissioner/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Rangat was the chief guest and Mr. Narayan Mondal, Pradhan, GP Bakultala and Mrs. Milly Roy, Pradhan, GP Urmilapur were the guest of honour along with several HODs from different departments.
Mr. E. V. Rao, Principal Incharge, VTI Bakultala organized the entire programme and Mr. Narayan Mondal in his speech wished for a better future for students.
