Port Blair, Aug 25: Tagore Government College of Education, Port Blair celebrated its 42nd Foundation Day on the 24th of August 2022 at its premises. The principal started the programme by lighting the lamp and garlanding the bust of Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore.
All the faculty members and trainees of the institution paid their respect to the great polymath. It was a day to cherish the memories of the foundation day of one of the premiere higher education institutions of these Islands, which, since its inception in 1981, has continuously contributed to these islands with the motto “Come to Learn and Go to Serve”.
