Diglipur, March 30: A health camp on SAY NO TO DRUGS AND YES TO LIFE was held in Forest Dept’s Community Hall in Forest Colony, Navin Nagar, Diglipur yesterday.
As part of the celebration of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, CHC Diglipur in close coordination with the Forest Dept. Diglipur organized a Dedication Programme on 29/03/2022 at the above said venue.
Dr. Siddaraju CMO i/c CHC Diglipur enlightened the gathering about the drug abuse and its ill-effects on health with the theme SAY NO TO DRUGS AND YES TO LIFE. Dr Siddaraju’s speech was followed by a speech on the ill-effects of tobacco delivered by Dr Shipra Mistry MO Ayurveda. During the programme, yoga practice as per Y-Break yoga protocol and NCD screening for all the employees were also conducted.
This programme was conducted under the able guidance of Mr. Kuldeep Sharma, IFS, DFO Diglipur. Officials of forest dept. and general public were present in the programme. All together 80 personnel attended the programme, a source said.
