Port Blair, Mar 15: A woman today plunged her car into a Municipal drain when she accidentally hit the accelerator instead of brakes.
As per information received, the incident happened this morning near STS workshop when the lady was trying to park the car in reverse. As per details she accidentally hit the accelerator pedal instead of a brake pedal due to which the car rolled into the nearby nallah.
When the car fell into the nallah, people nearby came for help and rescued the lady. She reportedly suffered minor injuries, it is learnt.
