Port Blair, Mar 02: The National Student Union of India’s State President Mr. M.A Sajid has appealed to the A&N Administration to do necessary arrangements for the safe return of Islander girl Ms. Sweta, D/o Mr. AppalaSwamy, a 6th-year medical student of Sumy State University, North East Ukraine.
He pointed out that for the last ten days a war-like situation is prevailing in Ukraine Ms. Sweta and her parents are worried about her return.
Mr. Sajid said that the report of an Islander student stranded in Ukraine is distressing and that it is the responsibility of the A&N Administration to ensure her safe return.
