Port Blair, Jan 04: The ANTCC President, Mr. Rangalal Halder on Tuesday helped four victims of a road accident while he was on his way to Namunaghar. The incident occurred at around 3:30 pm when Mr. Halder along with his party cadres were passing by Coffee Bageecha.
Mr. Halder immediately stopped his car and rushed towards the auto that met with an accident. He sawn that four people were struck inside it. Later, he along with his party workers helped the injured passengers come out of the auto.
Mr. Halder took the injured in his car and shifted them to G.B Pant hospital. The victims are safe now but have sustained multiple injuries on their body. Mr. Halder spent nearly half an hour in the hospital. He also assigned his party workers to take care of the accident victims. Following the incident, few people and medical staffs lauded the ANTCC President and the Congress cadres for their timely help in saving the victim.
