On the occasion of Christmas, I extend my heartiest greetings and best wishes to all Islanders of Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Christmas signifies a time of love, joy and peace.
It is a festival which celebrates the birth of Lord Jesus Christ and reminds us to be compassionate towards one another.
We remember the noble teachings of Jesus Christ and recall his efforts towards creating a compassionate and equal society.
I wish Christmas to be celebrated by all in its true form and spirit.
In view of COVID-19 pandemic, I appeal to everyone to celebrate Christmas by following all the precautionary measures.
