Port Blair, Nov 18; On 17th Nov 21, the Global Scholars Foundation Pune conferred Mr. Naresh Chander Lal, Padmashri Awardee by its prestigious “Bhartiya Kala Ratna Award” for his meritorious services in the field of Art Theatre and Cinema. The Foundation also requested Mr. Lal to be the Chief Guest in its Award Ceremony to be held at Pune somewhere in the month of January 2022.
