Port Blair, Nov 08: The body of 26 years old missing boy, Mr. B Raju was found from Dairy Farm area of Port Blair on 6th November 2012 by police. According reports Raju, was missing since October 13, 2012 from his residence. Though it has been told to public that B Raju had committed suicide but there are many who are not willing to buy this story.
“I met him on 13 October at around 8.00 am. He was normal and I don’t believe that he would commit suicide. There is something in this case. He must have been murdered and we need a thorough probe in this case,” a close friend of B Raju told Adnaman Sheekha who does not want his name to be quoted.
However, talking to Andaman Sheekha the Superintendent of Police of South Andaman, Mr. M S Randhawa said that Police is investigating into this case.
“The body of victim named Raju was found on 6th November. A board of doctors will send the post mortem report and we are waiting for the same. Only after that we can tell about cause of death,” the SP said.
When asked why A & N Police did not release any press note in this case the SP said that as soon as police will receive Post Mortem Report a press release will be issued for information of General Public.
