Port Blair, Oct 04: ANTCC President Mr. Rangalal Halder along with senior leaders of Congress party and its frontal organizations have expressed deep sadness at the passing away of Former Chief Secretary, A&N Administration Mr. Shakti Sinha, yesterday at Delhi.
In his condolence message, Mr. Halder said that Mr. Sinha was an able administrator who was always willing to take on difficult responsibilities and made his mark as a conscientious public servant. He said that Mr. Sinha’s contribution to the people of Andaman & Nicobar Islands in various assignments would be remembered forever.
